1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website samyakagro.com or placing an order with सम्यक एग्रो इम्प्लीमेंट्स ("कंपनी", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these नियम और शर्तें. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

3. Orders, Payment
Orders can be placed via:
- Online: Through our website using Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)

Payment terms:
- 100% advance payment required for online orders.
- For bulk orders (10+ units), 50% advance और 50% before dispatch (negotiable).
- Export orders: As per mutually agreed payment terms (LC, TT, advance).
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via व्हाट्सऐप/ईमेल within 24 hours.
4. Shipping, Delivery
We use Delhivery और other trusted logistics partners for pan-भारत delivery.
- Standard delivery: 5–10 व्यावसायिक दिन after dispatch (varies by location)
- Delivery timeline starts from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Delivery charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, और डिलीवरी स्थान।
- For export orders, separate shipping terms (FOB/CIF) will be agreed upon.
- Risk of loss/damage passes to buyer upon handover to courier.

5. Warranty
- All एग्रोमैक products carry a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty from date of purchase.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not damage from misuse, accident, improper maintenance, or normal wear.
- Warranty claims must be supported with purchase invoice और photographic evidence.
- Warranty service is available at our factory in मलोट, पंजाब. Transport charges to/कारखाने से शिपमेंट खरीदार के जोखिम पर है's expense.
- Warranty is void if product is tampered with or repaired by unauthorised persons.
6. Intellectual Property

7. Limitation of Liability
सम्यक एग्रो इम्प्लीमेंट्स' total liability for any claim arising from products purchased shall not exceed the purchase मूल्य paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including crop losses, equipment damage, or lost profits.
8. Dispute Resolution
