1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the website samyakagro.com or placing an order with ਸਮਯਕ ਐਗਰੋ ਇੰਪਲੀਮੈਂਟਸ ("ਕੰਪਨੀ", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these ਨਿਯਮ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. ਉਤਪਾਦ & Pricing
All products are manufactured by ਸਮਯਕ ਐਗਰੋ ਇੰਪਲੀਮੈਂਟਸ at C124, ਇੰਡਸਟ੍ਰੀਅਲ ਫੋਕਲ ਪੁਆਇੰਟ, ਮਲੋਟ, ਪੰਜਾਬ – 152107, ਭਾਰਤ.
- Prices listed are in ਭਾਰਤn Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price at the time of confirmed order shall apply.
- ਉਤਪਾਦ specifications (dimensions, weight, capacity) are indicative and may vary ±5% due to manufacturing tolerances.
- Images on the website are representative. Actual product colour and finish may vary slightly.
- Bulk pricing and special rates are available for orders of 5+ units. ਸੰਪਰਕ us for a custom quote.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders can be placed via:
- Online: Through our website using Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)

Payment terms:
- 100% advance payment required for online orders.
- For bulk orders (10+ units), 50% advance and 50% before dispatch (negotiable).
- Export orders: As per mutually agreed payment terms (LC, TT, advance).
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation via ਵਟਸਐਪ/ਈਮੇਲ within 24 hours.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We use Delhivery and other trusted logistics partners for pan-ਭਾਰਤ delivery.
- Standard delivery: 5–10 business days after dispatch (varies by location)
- Delivery timeline starts from the date of dispatch, not the date of order.
- Delivery charges are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and delivery location.
- For export orders, separate shipping terms (FOB/CIF) will be agreed upon.
- Risk of loss/damage passes to buyer upon handover to courier.

5. Warranty
- All ਐਗਰੋਮੈਕ products carry a 12-month manufacturing defect warranty from date of purchase.
- Warranty covers manufacturing defects only — not damage from misuse, accident, improper maintenance, or normal wear.
- Warranty claims must be supported with purchase invoice and photographic evidence.
- Warranty service is available at our factory in ਮਲੋਟ, ਪੰਜਾਬ. Transport charges to/from the factory are at buyer's expense.
- Warranty is void if product is tampered with or repaired by unauthorised persons.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on samyakagro.com including the ਐਗਰੋਮੈਕ brand, logos, product designs, images, and text is the property of ਸਮਯਕ ਐਗਰੋ ਇੰਪਲੀਮੈਂਟਸ. Unauthorised use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
Samyak Agro ਇੰਪਲੀਮੈਂਟਸ' total liability for any claim arising from products purchased shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the specific product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including crop losses, equipment damage, or lost profits.
8. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts at Muktsar, ਪੰਜਾਬ, ਭਾਰਤ. We encourage resolving disputes amicably first — please contact us at samyakagroimplements@gmail.com before initiating legal proceedings.
Governing Law: The laws of the Republic of ਭਾਰਤ.
