1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if:

• The product has a manufacturing defect verified by our technical team
• The wrong product was delivered (different model/specification from order)
• The product arrived physically damaged due to transit (must be reported within 48 hours)

Returns are NOT accepted for:

• उत्पाद damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or negligence
• सामान्य टूट-फूट और tear
• उत्पाद returned without original packaging
• Custom or made-to-order products
• उत्पाद where serial number or labels have been tampered
• Change of mind after delivery

2. How to Initiate a Return

2. Share: Order number, photos/video of the defect, और brief description
3. Our technical team will review within 48–72 hours
4. If approved, we will arrange reverse पिकअप via दिल्लीvery (at our cost for valid claims)
5. After inspection at our factory, refund/replacement will be processed

3. Refund Process

Refund amount = Order amount minus shipping charges (original और reverse), unless the return is due to our error.

4. Cancellation Policy

• प्रेषण से पहले: 100% refund within 24–48 hours of cancellation request
• After dispatch / in-transit: Not cancellable. Refund available after return delivery
• Custom orders: Non-cancellable once production begins

5. वारंटी मरम्मत

उत्पाद with manufacturing defects within the 12-month warranty period will be repaired or replaced free of cost. This is separate from the return policy. See नियम और शर्तें for warranty details.
